Construction Management & Contracting

During the approval process, we can advise and assist with managing of general contractors and related contractor.  Once the project is approved and nearing permit, we also negotiate the construction contract.  Depending on the size of the project, we may draft the construction contract to suit the needs of our client or negotiate with the general contractor off of the AIA form contracts or other industry standard forms.

Our attorneys also assist with ongoing construction issues, including pay when paid issues, mechanic’s liens, and other issues that may come up during the construction process.
