Congratulations to Rich May client V10 Development on the recent opening of The 600 Apartment Complex, a mixed-use building featuring 85 residential units, a rooftop deck, and 4,200 square feet of restaurant and retail space. Located on Broadway in Everett, the property is easily accessible by public transportation and boasts a clear view of the Boston skyline. 

V10 Development was founded in 2019 by John Tocco and Ricky Beliveau to bring breakthrough developments with great potential to untapped markets. Since its inception, V10 Development has designed and developed three iconic projects that will become landmarks in their respective neighborhoods and drive massive development and investment – SKY Everett, The Cove in Worcester and The 600.
