Rich May Client Superior Bulk Logistics Acquired by Olympus Partners

Rich May, P.C. client Superior Bulk Logistics, Inc. has been acquired by Olympus Partners, a private equity firm based in Stamford CT, which is a major equity partner of Heniff Transportation.

Superior Bulk Logistics operates two transportation divisions: Superior Carriers, engaged in liquid and dry bulk distribution for international chemical manufacturers; and Carry Transit, which provides logistics solutions for food product companies. Superior Bulk Logistics will now be joined with Heniff Transportation to create the most versatile bulk carrier network in the United States.
