Leah Cohen and David Lyons Join Rich May

Rich May P.C. is thrilled to welcome Leah Cohen and David Lyons to the firm! Leah and David both join Rich May’s Energy, Renewables & Regulated Industries practice group, and David also joins the Commercial Real Estate group.

Leah and David both represent electric and gas public utilities and municipal aggregators in the Commonwealth on energy efficiency initiatives and other energy-related matters. David’s real estate practice also includes permitting and litigation under local land use laws and state and federal environmental laws.
