Attorney David Glod Prevails in Superior Court Trial

On May 19, 2017, Rich May attorney David Glod obtained a jury verdict in favor of his client, a local real estate developer, requiring the return of a deposit paid on a $2,600,000 purchase transaction.
The jury found that the seller breached both the parties’ written agreement and the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. The case was filed in early 2015, and was tried over three days in Suffolk Superior Court.
Mr. Glod represents parties in variety of contract and other disputes, including those involving real property, at all levels of the state and federal courts.
