CORPORATE ATTORNEY

Rich May seeks a corporate attorney with 4-8 years of experience for our rapidly growing, sophisticated corporate and securities practice group offering good compensation and benefits, a great platform on which to grow, and a manageable work-life balance not found at larger firms who do similar work. Experience in entity formation, contracting, M&A and/or financing desired.  Excellent academic background, personal achievement, professional commitment, ability to work well with others, and desire to build a career in a collegial environment are essential. 

ENERGY AND REGULATORY ATTORNEY

Come work with us on energy and regulatory matters and to help support Massachusetts’ nation-leading energy efficiency and building decarbonization efforts. Rich May, P.C. seeks an attorney with experience in climate, energy and regulatory matters for our vibrant energy practice.  Experience in and passion for energy efficiency, electrification, equity, and multi-stakeholder processes is essential.  Experience or interest in legislative and regulatory policy, solar projects, and working with state agencies is also a positive.  The candidate should have an excellent academic background, a commitment to professional development, and a desire to build a career in a collaborative and collegial environment.  Seeking an attorney with 2-3 years’ legal experience, but flexible.
