Rich May congratulates our client, Portland Stone Ware Co., Inc., on its 170th anniversary and September 18th groundbreaking for the construction of additional facilities.

Rich May is proud to have assisted Portland Stone Ware with the expansion of its existing facilities in Dracut, MA through the acquisition of additional nearby property in Methuen to allow for the expansion of manufacturing and distribution capabilities as the company continues to grow, as well as the preservation of adjacent conservation land.

Founded in 1847 in Portland, Maine, Portland Stone Ware has a legacy of rock-solid industry leading products, stretching over 170 years and multiple industries. With involvement in the company as far back as 1954, the Schuler family purchased the company in 1970 and has owned and operated it ever since. Each and every day Portland Stone Ware honors its historical roots as it marries modern technology with traditional family values to provide superior service and top quality, innovative products to its customers in the masonry and lumber industries.
