Elizabeth Anderson Joins Rich May’s Energy, Renewables & Regulated Industries Group
Rich May is thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Anderson to join its Energy, Renewables and Regulated Industries practice group.
Elizabeth brings years of experience focusing on energy and utility regulation in Massachusetts, particularly base distribution rate cases for electric, gas and water utilities. She regularly represents gas and electric utilities and municipal aggregators in Massachusetts for matters related to energy efficiency and the Green Communities Act, including representation in front of the Department of Public Utilities and the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council. Elizabeth has also worked extensively with low-income assistance programs for electric and gas customers.
